Work on OT security for the grid.

You install and commission GridShield at customer sites and make sure every device reports correctly. You turn a site's network drawing into a working, verified deployment.

What you'll do

• Install the GridShield appliance and site Nodes (Rocky Linux) at customer sites and in customer data centers.
• Connect devices read-only: firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) over SSH/API, SEL relays and RTACs, SunSpec inverters over Modbus TCP, DNP3 outstations, syslog and SNMP.
• Verify that inventory, configuration baselines and logs match what the devices actually report.
• Work with customer OT, IT and compliance staff on network paths, firewall rules and change windows.
• Write clear site runbooks and feed field findings back to the product team.

What you bring

• 3+ years in OT/ICS networking, substation or plant controls, or industrial cybersecurity.
• Hands-on with at least two of: Modbus TCP, DNP3, IEC 61850, SNMP, syslog.
• Comfortable on the Linux command line and with firewall and switch configuration.
• Able to travel to sites in the US.
• Nice to have: GICSP, GRID, CompTIA Security+, or NERC CIP field experience.

You build the connectors and checks that turn raw device data into evidence a compliance team can trust.

What you'll do

• Build and test device connectors (Go and Python) for OT protocols and network equipment.
• Write parsers for real vendor output: syslog, SNMP, CLI show commands, Windows event logs.
• Turn NERC CIP requirements into checks that read evidence, not opinions.
• Test against real devices and vendor-accurate simulators; fix what the field finds.

What you bring

• 3+ years of software engineering in Go, Python or both.
• Working knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3) or network device management (SSH, SNMP, REST APIs).
• Care for correctness: you check that the number on the screen matches the device.
• Nice to have: experience with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, PostgreSQL, React.

You make sure what GridShield produces is what an auditor expects to see, and you help customers use it.

What you'll do

• Map GridShield evidence to CIP-002 through CIP-013 requirements and RSAW sections.
• Review generated reports and audit packages before customers see them.
• Help customers write and maintain CIP-003 low-impact plans and evidence processes.
• Track NERC standard changes, including inverter-based resource (Category 2) registration, and turn them into product requirements.

What you bring

• 3+ years in NERC CIP compliance at a registered entity, Regional Entity, or consultancy.
• Hands-on with RSAWs, audits or spot checks.
• Clear writer; able to explain a requirement to an engineer and to an auditor.
• Nice to have: OT or generation background, CIP-003-9 or CIP-015 experience.
