These terms apply to your use of gridsafetech.com (the “website”), operated by GridSafe Technology (“GridSafe”, “we”). By using the website you agree to them. They do not cover GridSafe products or services: those are provided under the license or services agreement a customer signs with us, which takes precedence for anything it covers.
You may browse the website and share links to it. You agree not to:
Found a security issue? Please report it responsibly as described on our Security & Disclosure page rather than testing beyond what is needed to show the problem.
The website’s text, design, graphics and product screenshots belong to GridSafe or are used under license. GridShield, CIPStart, DocPilot, GridWatch and GridReport are product names of GridSafe. Other product and company names mentioned (for example, equipment vendors and protocols) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
We aim to describe our products accurately and state what is partial or planned. Information on the website is general and may change; it is not a contract, a compliance opinion or legal advice. Your NERC CIP obligations depend on your registration and assets — confirm them with your compliance team and your Regional Entity.
Where we link to other websites, such as NERC, CISA or the NVD, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
GridSafe CVE bundles are compiled from the NIST National Vulnerability Database (NVD) and the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog, then signed by GridSafe so your Command Center can verify them offline. This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
How we handle information you send us through the website is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
