Who we are

This website is operated by GridSafe Technology, Chicago, Illinois, United States (“GridSafe”, “we”), which is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions about it: info@gridsafetech.com.

What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It collects personal information only when you choose to send it to us through one of two forms:

• Request a Demo — your name, work email, phone number (optional), company, job title, area of interest and any details you add.
• Newsletter sign-up — your email address.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

What we use it for

To reply to your demo request, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie banner. It tells us which pages are useful, with IP addresses anonymized; we do not use advertising trackers. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.

Who processes it

Demo requests and newsletter sign-ups are stored in a Google Sheet in GridSafe’s Google account, and each demo request is also emailed to our sales team (Google acting as our processor). Only GridSafe staff who respond to enquiries can see them.

How long we keep it

Demo enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months without further contact. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent, or to stop sending the newsletter, by emailing info@gridsafetech.com.

Visitors outside the United States

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with similar laws, you also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your data-protection authority. We use form submissions only to answer your request (our legitimate interest in responding to you) or, for the newsletter, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by email.

Customer portal

The GridSafe customer support portal is a separate service with its own terms and is not covered by this policy.
